COBIT

By using TOGAF, organizations can implement a framework that is built with open standards at no cost or can be said to be free.
With a framework that has been tested and validated by many organizations spread across countries, an organization can also use TOGAF simultaneously with other management frameworks. Before using TOGAF with other management frameworks, make sure that your organization has chosen a framework that develops systems according to what your organization needs. ITIL or Information Technology Infrastructure Library is an ITSM (IT Service Management) implementation framework that becomes a boundary between IT service providers or Information Systems with business and customer needs. ITIL is a series of concepts and strategies for managing information technology (IT) infrastructure, development, and operations published in a series of books. In the book, each will discuss a topic of IT management.
Usually, the most basic ITIL certification will start from IT Foundation, then participants can continue to ITIL Expert to ITIL Master. The certification is valid for life, participants who meet the ITIL certification requirements can improve the interaction between IT Service providers and users directly. ITIL can also be used to utilize the assets available in the company. With the development of technology today, several IT companies use ITIL as their internal basic guidelines, these companies include IBM and Microsoft.
The ITIL Framework includes several aspects such as the following:
- Service Strategy: Knowing business goals and customer needs by aligning targets and consumer desires.
