As explained by WhatsApp, they launched community features and 3 other features. The three features include the poll feature (voting), video call support for up to 32 participants, and the last feature is the increase in the maximum group limit to 1024 users, this is very interesting because WhatsApp just increased the maximum limit of their group members to 512 users a few months ago, and now they are updating it again to 1024 users.
As the name implies, the poll feature allows users who are in a group to create or even provide their vote choices for the voting that is carried out.
Meanwhile, video call support has now increased to accommodate 32 users in a call. This new feature is very useful for larger purposes as well as applications such as zoom and google meet. Not enough until there whatsapp also provides a "calls link" feature where a user can create a link for video calls like zoom.
Another new feature is the increase in the maximum group capacity to 1024 users. This amount is a two-fold increase from the previous capacity of 512 users.
The three features were launched to support the presence of community features. The reason is that the community feature launched is useful for accommodating several groups so that it needs a larger capacity.
The three features have been unveiled and launched on Android or IOS users, recently been launched for Indonesia.
